It leads to the export of a variety of fresh frozen products such as Mangoes, Pineapple, Banana, and other tropical fruits base value-added products which are distributed in Japan, Europe, and in other countries.

FOOD SAFETY
Part of ensuring and maintaining its products’ freshness and high quality, Nakashin Davao continues to undertake programs on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC22000) and other Food Safety/Quality Control Systems in all aspects of its production.
RAW MATERIALS
All raw materials and resources particularly its main products Mangoes and Pineapples are being acquired from contracted local farmers in different cities of the Davao Region. Nakashin Davao’s local suppliers of these fruits have been trained in terms of management, safety, and quality control particularly on the use of good chemical substances as guided by a Japan-based list on good agricultural practices. Further, they have also conducted workshops on agrichemical disposition and other relevant agricultural seminars.
